At Clear Cut consultants, we offer a number of solutions to get straight to your pain points and cure them with minimum disruption to your business as possible.
Triage
During this stage, we interview your key stakeholders holders in the business for around 1-2 hours asking them to describe in their own words:
- Your company's current go to market strategy
- The people
- The pain points
- The product
- What they would like to get resolved during the process
Full Go To Market Medical
During this stage, we do a deep dive into your go to market strategy. This will require your team's co-operation, so we like to kick off with a half an hour presentation to the team to explain what we are doing and why, we really need their buy in. This should be something they welcome - we are problem solvers not disputers, so it's important they see us as the key to opening enhanced success for then, not a team of people coming in to tear up what they are doing and make lots of unnecessary changes.
We need you to allocate time with around ten team members throughout the business, it's important we don't just speak to the sales and marketing team, we need to include teams like product, IT and Finance teams too.
We would ask that you allocate three to four people as our main points of contact, this is usually the managers within the Sales and Marketing teams and someone from Operations who has a good understanding of your processes and IT systems. We also like to get first hand experience of your client interactions, this can be done by us being included in meetings (face to face or virtually), listening to recordings of calls, whichever works best for you and your customers.
As we go through this process, we may identify areas that need more attention, so be prepared for us to ask to spend more time on particular areas.
Cure
At this stage, we will write up a full report, in this report we will tell you the five things we think we will make the biggest impact to increase revenue or save costs, we won’t just tell you about them, we’ll also recommend what needs to be done to solve them! At this point you will also have the option to extend your relationship with us, so we can either manage or assist in the execution.
