Meet The Founders

Lisa Byers

With over 25 years in Sales and Marketing leadership, Lisa is focused on guiding organisations to rationalise, sharpen and embark on a path of sales excellence through people, process and technology. 

Her experience is drawn from IT, legal and professional services sectors and her passion is building sales effectiveness within companies of different stages of development.

Lisa had a 15 year career at Practical Law which culminated in the role of Director of Sales, Customer Marketing and Operations. An integral part of the Practical Law executive leadership team, she was responsible for the sales, business development, campaign marketing, data, training and customer services teams, many of which she built from scratch.

Having joined Thomson Reuters in 2013 as part of the acquisition of Practical Law, she was appointed VP Sales and Customer Experience of Thomson Reuters Legal, UK & Ireland. She led the sales, training, customer relations and campaign marketing teams responsible for driving the continued growth of all Thomson Reuters legal products.

She is now an independent consultant, Non-Executive Director and co-founder of Clear Cut Consultants, working with business leaders within the Sales and Marketing disciplines advising how to grow their revenue through successful go to market strategy and execution.

Jaimie Sarah

Jaimie Sarah is an award-winning Marketing and Communications Strategist, Executive Coach, Trainer and Mentor with almost 20 years experience helping service-based and professional services companies to attract and retain more ideal clients and opportunities.

She is the bestselling author of Content Tips for Service-Based Experts and has been featured in Forbes, Thrive Global and more. She was voted Executive Coach of the Year in the UK for three years running and has delivered training alongside Jack Canfield, Sharon Lechter and John DeMartini. 

She formerly spent a decade delivering marketing campaigns, content and strategy for SAP and Thomson Reuters in London and New York before leaving to serve a wider range of clients in the legal, financial, education and wellbeing sectors. She works with clients worldwide including London, New York, Paris, Stockholm, LA and Melbourne.
